    US Open Standalone Contest Thread

Hi, all.....as usual, we will have a contest for the US Open which is separate and apart from the yearlong one which Stlcard_25 will post in the next day or two.   For those playing in both formats, you must enter on each thread.   Following are the usual rules:

    1.   On this thread, please post your guess as to Tiger's score for the event in a format like this:  68-70-71-69 (278).   Your entry must be posted prior to Tiger's tee time next Thursday or it will be disregarded.

    2.   The person who correctly guesses Tiger's scores for the tournament will be the winner.   Tiebreakers will be (1) correct total weekend score and (2) correct Sunday score.   If there is still a tie, multiple prizes will be awarded with the first person who posted their guess making the first choice of prize. (Since we had no winner at the Masters, a prize will be awarded to whomever guesses closest to Tiger's Sunday score without exceeding his score, if there is no other winner.   Again, first post gets first choice.)

    3.   Prize selections consist of either an XBox or Playstation 2 TW PGA Tour 07 game, a coffee table book of the 2006 Open Championship featuring Tiger, a used Tiger polo shirt, or a Tiger headcover from the Ryder Cup at Oakland Hills.

Please post contest guesses ONLY on this thread.   If you have any questions or comments, either PM me or start a new thread!   Thank you and good luck to Tiger and to all Club Tiger members playing along!

Happy Holidays and a wonderful 2009 from Lexy & her proud grandma!
