Even though our guy isn't playing, we will still have a contest for the Open Championship similar to that which we did for the AT&T.
On this thread, please name the player you think will win the Championship. In addition, for tiebreaking purposes, please select what you believe will be the winning score (not necessarily the score of the player you pick, just the winning score, remembering that Birkdale will play to a par 70). So your entry should look like this: Winner- Lee Westwood/ Score 280
If more than one person picks the winner, whichever of them comes closest to the winning score, without exceeding it wins. If no one picks the winning player, the person who is closest without exceeding the winning score and whose player pick finished the highest, will win.
The prize will be your choice of any prize left in the list on the Announcement thread of the 2008 prizes. Good luck to everyone!
